First week of the new year 2014.

Well I made it through the first week of the new year. Most of the people in the office were out until today. Gerald had asked me to bring breakfast this morning and it said that it would only be him and I. It was soon apparent that there would be more than just us, most of the people came in today and so breakfast went fast. We are in the middle of both the year and an month and so things are pretty hectic. I’m still trying to learn everything and how things works there. I’m sure pretty quick once I’m able to find things that I need to figure out and I get the full access that I need. Tomorrow is the monthly feed run to producers co-operative. I plan on leaving early since I have to get back and get the animals fed.  This whole new dating thing is scary especially since it’s been 20 years since I’ve done it. I’ve also noticed that since I changed my status to widowed, I’m getting befriended and emails from ladies in their 20s and 30s. Have discovered that these individuals are out to try to scam me for money. I think I have most of these figured out now so that I can tell right away if their real or not. To begin with, what does a 20 yea-old woman want with a 56 year old man? What else is money. What they don’t know is I don’t have any money but the jokes on them. I’m also using my new toy Dragon natural speaking instead of typing now it seems to go a lot faster. I plan to use it while I’m trying to write now instead of trying to type it out just talk it out.

Awesomeness. One step at a time. You know you can talk to me anytime. I miss Boo everyday, she had a strong impact on me and my jewelry. She n my hubby believed in me. And talk with Vicki my sister-in-law. But what does she become after the death of my brother? Why a sister of course. I can all her anytime and vent and rant and she has a great shoulder and ear and sound advice for me always. Let me know how the dragon goes. All the crap I have been thru my life would make a great book….maybe one day. I did write a children’s book years n years ago and even the the drawings myself. It’s about a calf born in the dead of winter, his name is Two Socks. Its about drinking his milk so he can become big and strong, growing up on a farm most winter calves don’t have a chance to make it thru a bad winter. Long story short, he became a well known Rodeo bull.
